What is the difference between canvas and PVC? Which material should I choose?
Canvas is breathable and easy to apply, and it is also relatively thick. For larger areas, it is recommended to use cloth; PVC material is more affordable, and there might be bubbles in the process of pasting that need to be pierced with a needle. Both are made of waterproof material, peel and stick with self-adhesive backing, which are wear-resistant and durable. All of our materials are in line with international standards, can be purchased according to your own circumstances.
Is the mural peel and stick and Removable?
Yes, all murals come with its own adhesive backing and removable. You can peel off the backing and paste it directly, no need to buy additional glue, which is very convenient. However, there are many factors that go into installation and removal and we always recommend trying out a sample before making a purchase.
What wall surfaces are murals suitable for?
Our mural is suitable for flat and smooth surfaces, non-dropping walls, glass door cabinets and wooden door cabinets, etc. If the corner of the table is curved or uneven, we suggest that it can be better pasted after heating and softening with a hair dryer. We strongly recommend you try out a sample first. What are some of your best selling designs?
Our forest, floral, animal and landscape mural designs are very popular. We have been working hard to ensure that we offer the best style and leading quality design range for customers to choose from. The fact that these designs are so popular also proves that the wall design that people desire can be achieved with an entire mural.
Is your wallpaper safe, non-toxic and eco-friendly?
Yes. Zeeko mural offers an alternative to the many vinyl and PVC products out there. It's safe, breathable, eco-friendly, waterproof, no mold and long-lasting. Different from PVC or silk cloth materials, our wall murals are made of high premium canvas. We pride ourselves in offering clients beautiful wall coverings crafted with consciously selected materials. Our relationship to the planet and commitment to health is part of what this company was founded on. We use HP latex inks which are Greenguard certified and the lowest VOC emitters. We also believe our print to order method is the best way to eliminate product waste and provide unique designs to our customers.
Does the custom product have a strange smell?
The material we use is environmentally friendly ink, but because of the production of sealed delivery, it may have a little ink smell. We suggest that after receiving the package, you could take it out to dry for 1 to 2 days and it can be used normally.
Can I order a sample?
Yes. We can provide you with samples, if the product detail page is not shown, you can contact our customer service department.
About Measurement
Should I fill in the custom length exactly as measured？
As we print everything to order, based upon the dimensions provided to us we require the exact dimensions. We will then automatically add a 3cm margin to allow for any small measuring errors (mural orders only). We recommend that you could reserve 2-3 cm at the edge to avoid errors and possible wear during the posting process.
What units should I measure in?
When you fill in the dimensions on our website, the units of measurement we can accept are centimeters, inches or feet.
Can I return it for a refund？
Due to the high cost of customization, the products can not be returned or replaced except for product quality problems after confirming the customized content.
Can I make changes of the dimensions?
We are able to change the dimensions of your order at any point before payment is made. You can contact us via email: support@zeekohome.com. Unfortunately, once a mural has been paid for and your image proof approved, we can't accept any further changes.
About Customization
Can I send pictures to customize the style？
If you want to make a mural from a specific picture, you need a source file format, otherwise we won't be able to help you draw the picture. Please contact customer service for confirmation of such requirements.
Why are custom products more expensive?
Customized products are produced by specialized departments, the machine and the cost are more expensive, and the quality will also be better.
How does ordering work?
Most customers choose to order by their wall size. First, you'll measure your walls, then you'll choose your image/pattern from our collection, enter you dimensions and paper type and finally add to cart!
Can I make some color changes to the mural I choose from your collection?
If you want to make some color changes to our original wallpaper murals in your order, please email us via support@zeekohome.com, we will discuss the further details with you to see if it is possible.
About Payment
What payment method do you accept?
We accept PayPal and credit card like Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, etc.
Can I receive my proof image after making the payment?
Yes. Once you have made payment, our team will be in touch with your scaled proof image for free. If you are happy to proceed, we will just need confirmation and we can send your mural into production. Your order will automatically move into production after 24 hours if we haven't heard from you.
Can I change my order after payment?
You can change your order within 24 hours after you make payment. Please contact us via email: support@zeekohome.com. After 24 hours, your mural will go into production.
Will I receive full refund if I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us (Email: support@zeekohome.com) within 24 hours after payment, we will cancel your order for free and give you a full refund, you will receive the refund within 72 hours after the cancellation. If the order is canceled more than 72 hours after payment, it will not be allowed to be canceled because it may already be in transit.

What’s the shipping time?
After we receive your order, the order processing time will be 2-3 business days. The shipping time will be 4-5 business days. It’ll be 7-9 business days in total.
Is shipping free for the product?
Yes. We provide free logistics services for all products.
What if I want to return my order, will I receive refund?
Cases of receiving the wrong item and /or a damaged item: If we have sent you the wrong item, the item you received is not what you purchased, or the item you received is damaged, please contact us (Email: support@zeekohome.com) within 24 hours of receiving the item with photos and/or videos. We will exchange the item for free and we will cover all shipping and return costs. Alternatively we will be happy to provide you with a full refund once you have returned the goods to us (we bear all the return costs.) Cases of receiving items that do not meet your expectations: If you receive an item that is not defective or doesn’t have quality issues, but you decide you do not like it, please contact us (Email: support@zeekohome.com) within 7 days. You will need to send the item back to us in its original condition and the return cost will need to covered by you. After we receive your item, we will arrange a refund for you (within 72 hours of receiving your returned item) if we deem the item to be re-sellable. Please note that we’re unable to provide free returns for unwanted items or incorrect selections, and we are unable to offer you a refund if we cannot resell your item (because all our wallpapers/murals are “made-to-order” specifically to your wall measurements, no two walls are the same). Therefore, please choose carefully when shopping. Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once our warehouse receives the returned product. Your bank statement will reflect a change in 7-10 business days.
