Frequently Asked Questions About Customization
SHOULD I FILL IN THE CUSTOM LENGTH EXACTLY AS MEASURED?
As we print everything to order, based upon the dimensions provided to us we require the exact dimensions. We will then automatically add a 3cm margin to allow for any small measuring errors (mural orders only). We recommend that you could reserve 2-3 cm at the edge to avoid errors and possible wear during the posting process.
CAN I RETURN IT FOR A REFUND?
Due to the high cost of customization, the products can not be returned or replaced except for product quality problems after confirming the customized content.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES OF THE DIMENSIONS?
We are able to change the dimensions of your order at any point before payment is made. You can contact us via email: support@zeekohome.com. Unfortunately, once a mural has been paid for and your image proof approved, we can't accept any further changes.
HOW DOES Customized Orders WORK?
Most customers choose to order by their wall size. First, you need to measure your walls, then you'll upload a high resolution image of your desired style. Fill in the dimensions you need and the unit of measurement, and choose your favorite material, and finally add to cart!
CAN I RECEIVE MY PROOF IMAGE AFTER MAKING THE PAYMENT?
Yes. Once you have made payment, our team will be in touch with your scaled proof image for free. If you are happy to proceed, we will just need confirmation and we can send your mural into production. Your order will automatically move into production after 24 hours if we haven't heard from you.
CAN I MAKE SOME COLOR CHANGES TO THE MURAL I CHOOSE FROM YOUR COLLECTION?
If you want to make some color changes to our original murals in your order, please email us via support@zeekohome.com, we will discuss the further details with you to see if it is possible.
WHY ARE CUSTOM PRODUCTS MORE EXPENSIVE?
Customized products are produced by specialized departments, the machine and the cost are more expensive, and the quality will also be better.
